Visits
Submitting a request does not confirm a visit. Every visit is confirmed by our team and scheduled with the community. Visits may be rescheduled for the health and comfort of residents, handlers, or dogs.
Volunteers & dogs
Volunteer handlers and their dogs are screened and must follow community rules and our handler guidelines. We may decline or end participation at our discretion.
Boutique orders
Orders, payments, shipping, and returns for Gracie's Boutique are handled through our store provider and are subject to the terms shown at checkout.
